Chaos ensues, but workout goals continue!

Insanity reigns supreme in our household this morning. Before I had the time to get my eyes fully open, C realized that our pet corn snake has pulled a Houdini and gotten out of her cage. We got A off to her first grade classes and since then my house has been turned topsey-turvey looking for her.

We got her less then a week ago, and she hasn't even gotten a name. Shes an Amenalistic Bloodred Corn Snake, so her coloring is absolutely beautiful. Hopefully we find her soon so my darling husband can settle down.

But I managed to keep to my goal this morning, worked out a bit on the Ab Rocker and went ahead and did a cardio kickboxing set. Now if I can keep to my diet goals I'll be all set for the day. So far the four cups of coffee heavy creamer isn't doing it...

Lets invest in ourselves! The Yoga Mat & Ab Roller

I can almost classify this as an impulse purchase, IF I stop using it.
Tonight I went to Walmart and grabbed two "Athletic Works" items.
First and most useful to me:
An Ab roller. $17.00 on sale, regularly $19.88. Yeay, $2.88 off something I was going to buy eventually anyways!

Its not exactly portable, not entirely easy on storage space... BUT:
After a relatively easy assembly, I set it on the floor and started doing crunches.
I have back problems so being able to support my neck was an absolute blessing!

I've always had trouble doing sit ups & crunches because I never have anyone to hold my feet and keep me from wiggling and sliding. Problem solved, I didn't move a muscle! (er, besides the ones I intended on moving)

Now I've seen about a billion of the different "portable ab machines" and I'm surely not interested in spending $40+ on something I might end up using as a laundry basket holder. From my experience if your looking at buying a product specifically for abs, this cheap model is the way to go.

Next was the Yoga Mat.
Nonslip, extra padding, carrying strap... and its NEON PINK! My daughter is absolutely ecstatic. She has no idea what a yoga mat is, or why I was carrying it on my shoulder... but since its neon pink it has her vote.

I picked the cheapest one available, and for some reason the soft foamy padding on this one seemed a lot more supportive and durable then most of the pricey mats. And at half the price, if it lasts half as long I'll be happy.
$10 at wally world for the Athletic Works Basic Yoga Mat.
I stuck this badboy on the floor as soon as I got home and got my Ab Rocker assembled, hopped on and started doing crunches.
Owwww maybe I should have started with like 20... gotta work myself into this!

Wells Fargo Bank~Redefining inconvenience

So C has $3,500 in student loan debit through Wells Fargo, which we are working on paying off.
I did all the work to set up the online account for him, and attempted to make a payment.
Payment options: Set up a checking account through Wells Fargo, or get the routing number and account number for another checking account.

Umm... I do everything by debit/credit card.
Next option? They offer a phone number to call to make payment arrangements.
*RingRing*
Press 1 for
Press 3 for
Press blahblahblah
Enter account number
press 1 for
Press 3 for...
Please wait while we transfer your call to a representative...
Your estimated wait time is "More then 30 minutes"

As a general rule this much hassle wouldn't bother me to settle a debit, but considering this is going to be a regular monthly hassle...
Damnit Wells Fargo, why can't you just be simple online like all the rest of my bills.
